Subscribe on-line to the helpline

Simply select and purchase the service you require.

These services are only available at these rates to Intellect HR users, and therefore you MUST login before you can purchase these services.

There are two different types of helpline subscription:

Prepay per annum BUY NOW starting at 10 hours pa at £640 for 10 hours, and reducing if you buy more

Ad Hoc Advisory service BUY NOW starting at 1 hour at £80 per hour for 1 hour, and reducing if you buy more

Helpline details:

• Our helpline is operated between 08:00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday by experienced, CIPD-qualified advisors who are available to answer any HR-related query. Advisors have experience of handling enquiries from a diverse range of industries.
• Through our enquiry system we have access to the complete history of enquiries for each client, enabling any advisor to pick up a previous enquiry and advise the client without the client having to re-explain previous events.
• All telephone advice is followed up by an email summarising the main points of the advice we have given, and laying out your best course of action.
• We offer contracts of 10 hours pa, 20 hours pa, 50 hours pa and 100 hours pa.

Payment

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card
  All credit card transactions are done using WorldPay's secure server. All recurring subscription fees will be collected automatically using WorldPay's FuturePay system. Once your payment has been authorised, you have immediate access to your chosen service.

Subscriptions are payable annually in advance, All payments for other services should be made in advance, except for consultancy services requests made by repeat customers who have a prior arrangement with us.
