If you left click on the link, the document will be displayed, but might not be saveable to your local disk.
You may need to right click on the link, which will show you a dropdown menu.
In that dropdown menu you will find an action that will save the link as a file on your local disk, for delayed viewing and (re-)printing.

 PDF files must be viewed and printed using a pdf reader, for example,
Abobe Acrobat. When you click on the link, various actions may take place.
A) If Acrobat is a plugin, the document will display inside your browser.
B) If Acrobat is a helper application, the document will appear separately.

If Acrobat is not available, then one of two things may happen:
  (1) You may get an error message.
  (2) You may be presented with a download box.
If you get an error message, right click on the link to save
the document on your hard disk.
Once the document has been saved, you can look at it later.
