• The first is non-customisable and outlines the statutory rights only. The guidelines are easy to understand whilst being thorough enough to give your employees some really useful information, including details of rights to leave and pay and time off for dependants. Download and print as many copies as you need and simply give them to your employees.
• Alternatively, if you offer enhanced benefits (on top of the statutory entitlements) or have particular forms or processes in addition to the statutory procedures, you can fully customise the guidelines .
