What's new?
We've updated our template contracts, handbook and absence policy to
reflect the case of Pereda v Madrid Movilidad SA whereby those on
long-term sick must be allowed to carry over their statutory holiday to take at a
later date; and those who are sick whilst absent on holiday may choose to
nominate this as sick absence and postpone the holiday to a later date. Take a
look at the revised clauses!
